There are two weeks since I caught cold but don’t think it bothers me to go there where I have to go. Berkovich came for two days and asked about you. Benya was here also. I take a few French and music lessons. Do not go out too much. I can’t see any friends or girlfriends. Nobody is here. What do you do, Polinka? How are you Who are you with? Do you receive letters from Papa and Nina? I haven’t received anything from them for a long time. Please write more often. Don’t make any jokes with a free citizen who I am now. Your Tsillie
