Bonjour macher ami (did I say it well?) Polya! I received “you” and your letter, and read it with a great joy. It is comforting to know that there is a person somewhere far away who thinks like you and who feels your feelings, and most importantly from the scrap of paper recognizes the twists of another soul. Therein I remember somebody’s saying that the letters are variations of the human soul. With sympathy and genuinely I shake your hand on your thorny way. Listen Polya, do you know brother? He became a marriageable young man. You understand that it is a pledge of a new life. Yours, Sarra. Greetings from Klara.
