My dear friend Poline,
It is 12:00 midnight. I just came back from work and found your letter. When I read your news about your health not only I had dizziness and headaches but I literally was paralyzed for fifteen minutes. I am sending you my condolences and I am asking God that you will recover soon because it makes me crazy. I am begging, Polya. Let me know about the condition of your health every day. I don’t have any possibility to write letters to you. I am very tired plus this letter made me more tired. Yesterday I sent you letter, today a postcard, and now another one. Please notify when you receive them. I will be sending postcards to you every day, and as soon as it is possible, I will write a letter. Please stay healthy. Write each time when you receive them from me. Please receive a flower as my greeting. Arnold
