I greet you with my whole heart, my dear friend. This is my last letter. My dear girl, we are going to see each other soon. In a few days we are going to see each other. This is the end of our suffering. I will tell you. Bless us God with health, happiness, and a happy path. I am very nervous right now so I can’t write. You can see it from my handwriting. How big it is when I say in a few days we will see each other again. My God. In a few days two things are going to meet, heart and soul. In a few days I am going to see my beloved person My soul was suffering a lot. This person is a friend of my life who can give my soul back to me. To give back to me my soul and my life which was too gloomy and dark. I was suffering a lot during my years of youth. My soul, my heart was suffering and now I finally can see you, hug you, and feel you. Approaching to you is telling me that we are going to have much happiness, a happy and long path together, because the happiness is there where the mutual love is. If you remember, my friend, during the first days of our meeting, it was really hard for me to go back to life, to go back to those conditions, which I was fed up with. But at that time I felt the strength and the great feeling to go back to you and to give my heart and my life to you. You are that happy person I have. I told you that we are going to leave on Tuesday, which means the 27th of May. After consideration we decided to leave two days earlier, which means on the 25th of May, on Sunday at 5:40. God bless our trip. I feel well. My health is thanks to God good. Everything around is peaceful. My dear soul, I am asking you to be calm and peaceful as well. Don’t worry. I am not going to write to you any more, but I am going to send you a telegram from Cologne. And I’m asking you, Polinka, as soon as you receive the telegram, drop by at the Fickmans and tell them. Sonia is not coming with me. She knows that we are good friends and that you are going to meet me and I am going to leave to you. But she doesn’t know anything personal about us. Nothing at all. And I don’t want her to know. You already know that I am leaving on Sunday on the 25th, and I will travel according to the schedule. Be healthy and happy. And God give us a happy hour when we meet. I hug you and I am looking forward to seeing you soon. Kissing you – your Arnold. Sincere greetings to yours.
